01 Who's responsible for your data

LBravo Studio, a creative studio operating from Colombia. For anything to do with your data, the email is contacto@lbravostudio.com and the WhatsApp is +57 321 994 9368.

02 What data we collect

Only what you give us. When you fill in the contact form: your name, your email, and if you write them, your WhatsApp and your business name. Also whatever you answer in the brief questions and in the free text field.

We don't ask for card details, identity documents, or information about your own customers.

03 What we use it for

To reply to you and to prepare the proposal you asked for. Nothing else.

We don't sign you up to any newsletter unless you ask. We don't chase: if you decide against it, we stop writing.

04 Who we share it with

Nobody. We don't sell, transfer or trade contact details with third parties.

The services we use to run the site and the email process the data solely to provide us that service, and use it for nothing else.

05 How long we keep it

While the conversation is active, and afterwards while there's a commercial relationship. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

06 What you can ask us for

To tell you what we hold about you. To correct it if it's wrong. To delete it. To stop using it to contact you.

Write to the email above and we'll sort it out. You don't need to justify the request or use any particular format.

07 Cookies

The site doesn't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

If we ever add visit measurement, it will be announced on this page before it's switched on.

08 Third-party sites

Some links lead off this site, for example to WhatsApp or to published projects. What happens there is governed by those services' policies, not by this one.

09 Where your data is stored

The services we use for the site and the email may store information on servers outside Colombia. By writing to us, you accept that your contact details are processed under those conditions. Either way, they remain yours and the rights in section 06 still apply: you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

10 Changes to this policy

If it changes, the date in the header is updated. Changes affecting how we treat data already collected are notified by email to whoever is concerned.
