01 What this document is

These are the studio's general conditions. Each project also has its own proposal, with scope, price and timelines in writing. If anything in the proposal contradicts this page, the proposal wins.

02 How work is commissioned

Every proposal is delivered in writing, with the scope spelled out and the figure. A project starts once the proposal is accepted, not before.

The prices published on the site are starting figures, not flat rates. The final figure depends on scope and is agreed before we start.

03 What the scope covers

Whatever is written in the proposal, and only that. Anything asked for afterwards is quoted separately, and we tell you the figure before doing it.

The rounds of correction included are stated in the proposal. Additional ones are quoted.

04 What we need from you

The materials and access the proposal specifies, and answers to the approvals. Timelines are counted against deliveries made: if material or approval is late, the date moves by the same amount.

05 Payment

Unless the proposal says otherwise, we work with a deposit at the start and the balance on delivery. The figures are agreed in writing before we begin.

Third-party costs — domain, hosting, licences, ad budget, messaging platforms — are paid separately and in your name, and you're told about them before they're contracted.

06 Who owns what gets produced

You do. On settlement of the project, the domain, the content, the code and the source files are in your name. You can take them whenever you want.

We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio, unless you ask otherwise in writing. If the project is confidential, you tell us and it appears nowhere.

07 What we guarantee and what we don't

We guarantee that what's delivered works as the proposal says, and that it was verified on the published site before handover. If something delivered doesn't work as agreed, we fix it at no cost.

We don't guarantee outcomes that don't depend on us: search rankings, what an AI model answers, sales volume or how an audience behaves. Any figure that appears on the site is a result already measured, not a promise.

08 Maintenance and support

Ongoing maintenance is a separate service and is contracted separately. Without it, the project is handed over working and its operation sits with you.

Any post-handover support included is stated in the proposal.

09 If it ends early

Either party can end the work with written notice. What's been produced up to that point is settled and handed over, with the corresponding access.

On ongoing services there's no minimum term: you cancel with notice, and whatever has been produced up to that date stays with you.

10 Responsible use

We don't produce illegal or misleading content, or content that impersonates a real person without their written permission. The digital characters we produce are declared as such.

If a commission moves into that territory, we say so and we don't take it.

11 Changes to these terms

If they change, the date in the header is updated. Projects already commissioned are governed by the terms in force when the proposal was accepted.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute is first addressed through direct conversation.
