AI Diagnostic

Where your business is losing time.

We go through your business top to bottom and tell you, specifically, what can be automated today and how many hours a month you'd get back. No obligation to continue with us.

When you need this

Four situations where it pays to measure before buying

You know something can be automated and you don't know what.

You've heard AI is useful for your business, but nobody has told you what for, exactly.

People sell you solutions and you can't tell which fits.

Every vendor sells you theirs, and none of them looks at how you actually work.

You feel the day going into repeated tasks.

And you don't have the number: how many hours a month it really is.

You're about to invest and want to start in the right place.

The budget covers one thing, and you want it to be the one that weighs most.

The scope

Four areas, top to bottom

All four get reviewed, always. Often the most expensive problem isn't where the owner thought it was.

01

Your website

Whether you show up on Google and whether AI search can find you.

We measure what a crawler reaches of your site, how fast it loads, and what ChatGPT answers when people ask about your category. It's where more and more customers start looking.

02

Your social media

What you post, how often, and how much of it could be produced in a fraction of the time.

We look at the real posting rhythm, what gets answered by hand, and how much work is being repeated every week without need.

03

Your digital processes

Everything answered by hand today.

Messages, quotes, emails, follow-ups and confirmations. We count how much time they take and what share of that could handle itself.

04

Your physical processes

What lives in notebooks, diaries and spreadsheets.

Inventories, appointments, records and checks that depend on somebody remembering. We identify what could live in a system instead.

Deliverables

What you take away

No small print: all six come every time, whether you review all four areas or only some.

01

A findings report written to be read

No jargon and no technical translator in between. If something doesn't make sense, it's badly written.

02

Opportunities ordered by impact

By what saves you most, not by what suits us to sell.

03

A 30-day starting plan

The first thing worth moving, and what to expect from it.

04

An estimate of the hours a month you'd get back

In numbers, not adjectives.

05

A conversation to go through it together

The report doesn't just get sent: it gets explained, and you ask whatever you want.

06

The option for the answer to be «not yet»

If what we find doesn't justify investing today, that's what the report says.

The process

Five steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    First conversation

You tell us how your business runs and who does what. An hour, and that's where we get the places to look.

  2. 02

    Review

We go through the four areas on our own, with read-only access where it's needed.

  3. 03

    Measurement

We put numbers on it: how much time each repeated process takes and how much of that is recoverable.

  4. 04

    Report

We write the findings ordered by impact, with the plan for the first 30 days.

  5. 05

    Handover

We explain it live, answer questions, and the document stays with you.

Typical timeline: one to two weeks from the first conversation. What moves the date most is how fast the read-only access arrives.

Investment

from $150 USD

It's the starting point, not a flat rate. Three things move the figure:

How big the operation is

A one-person business and one with three sites don't get reviewed the same way.

How many areas you want reviewed

You can review all four or only the ones worrying you, though we recommend all four.

Whether processes have to be documented from scratch

When nothing is written down, it has to be captured first.

If you hire any service within the following 30 days, the diagnostic is credited in full against that quote. It isn't a partial discount or a voucher: it's the whole figure.

FAQ

What people ask about the diagnostic

No, and if it did it wouldn't be a diagnostic. It can conclude that investing doesn't suit you today, or that what you need isn't something we do. That goes in writing too.

The minimum, and read-only: your site, your social accounts and whatever you use for scheduling or invoicing. We don't ask for admin passwords or access to your customers' data.

Especially there, because in a small business the repeated hours are the owner's. That said, if the diagnostic isn't justified for your size, we'll tell you before charging for it.

Consulting gives an opinion. The diagnostic measures, and delivers numbers and a plan with dates. And it ends — it doesn't turn into a monthly fee.

Yes, and the report is written for that. It's yours. If you'd rather execute it with another provider or your own team, you have everything you need.

How many hours a month are you losing?

Tell us how your business runs today. We'll come back with the number, and what can be done with it.
