AI Training
Your team, actually using AI.
Workshops and programmes so your company puts artificial intelligence into daily work, with applications built around your business rather than around textbook examples.
When you need this
Four signs the training is overdue
Your team is already using it quietly.
They're using it, with no shared judgement, and nobody knows what information they're pasting in.
You bought licences and nobody opens them.
The tool is paid for and two people actually use it.
Someone went on a course and came back the same.
They learned what it is, not what to do with it on Monday morning.
Everyone uses it differently.
One person uses it well, another badly, and there's no way to tell which is which.
The scope
Three levels, one on top of the other
Each level includes the one before it. Where to start depends on how far your team is today, and that gets decided in the first conversation.
01
Practical workshop
Half a day, and they leave using it.
A live session on cases from your business, not generic examples. We work with real tasks from the team, and everyone leaves with something that already works.
02
Custom programme
Several sessions, by area.
Sales, admin and operations don't use the same things or need the same things. We build a track per area, with their own exercises and progress reviewed between sessions.
03
Ongoing support
Someone to ask when they get stuck.
Beyond the sessions, an open channel and periodic reviews to resolve real questions as they come up. It's what stops the team drifting back to how they worked before.
Deliverables
What's always included
No small print: all six come with any of the three levels.
01
Cases from your business, not from a textbook
The exercises are built from tasks your team actually does. No examples from another industry.
02
Rules on what information doesn't get pasted in
Customer data, contracts and internal figures. Written down, in plain English.
03
A written guide they can come back to
Because two weeks later it's forgotten, and that's where training gets lost.
04
Sessions recorded
For whoever couldn't attend and whoever joins later.
05
Exercises with an outcome, not theory
Every session ends with something made, not with a list of concepts.
06
Tool-neutral
We teach the judgement to choose. We don't tie you to any particular platform.
The process
Five steps, no surprises
-
01
Team assessment
Who does what, what they use today and where the time goes. The cases we work on come from there.
-
02
Programme design
You see the content and the exercises before the first session. You approve it.
-
03
Sessions
Live, with exercises on your own operation. Recorded and kept available.
-
04
Verification
We check what the team is still using weeks later, which is the only measure that matters.
-
05
Close
The guide, the recordings and a list of what's worth reinforcing later.
A workshop gets scheduled within a week or two. A full programme is agreed by calendar, around your team's availability.
Investment
from $250 USD
It's the starting point, not a flat rate. Four things move the figure:
How many people
A team of five and a team of forty don't get worked the same way.
How many sessions
A single workshop isn't the same as a programme running several weeks.
Whether it's in person or remote
In person adds travel and logistics.
Whether there's support afterwards
Keeping an open channel and periodic reviews is ongoing work, not a single delivery.
We give you the exact figure in writing before we start, with the content spelled out. If something doesn't serve your team, it comes out of the programme and the figure comes down with it. What we don't do is discount the same work.
FAQ
What people ask about the training
No. We start from zero and move at the group's pace. What they do need is real tasks to bring to the session.
We work with whatever makes sense for your operation, and we teach the judgement to choose and to switch when something better shows up. Tools change every six months; judgement doesn't.
It's part of the programme: what can be pasted into an AI tool and what can't, with rules written for your business. It's one of the first things covered.
Both. Remote for distributed teams, in person when the group is together and it makes sense. Across Colombia, Mexico, Spain and the UK.
Yes, and it usually pays off more, because the workshop focuses on exactly what the two of you do. For small teams, a practical workshop is normally enough.
Is your team already using it?
Tell us how many you are and what they do. We'll come back with a proposal — content and figure, no obligation.
Not sure which one you need? Request the diagnostic.
