Virtual Influencer

A face for your brand that never asks for a raise.

A digital character with its own visual identity, voice and personality. It produces content every month, never cancels a shoot, never changes its mind about your brand, and never leaves for the competition.

When you need this

Four reasons not to put a real face on it

You don't want to be the one on camera.

Your business needs someone out front and that person isn't going to be you, now or in six months.

You hired someone and they left.

The face people associated with your brand now works somewhere else, and you're starting over.

Filming costs you a full day.

Location, lighting, script, retakes. For three videos.

You sell in more than one country.

And you need the same face speaking two languages without a borrowed accent.

The scope

Four ways to do it

You can start with the character and grow from there. What you can't do is skip the first one.

01

Character design

Who they are, how they look, and why anyone would believe them.

Features, age, style and context. Defined in writing first, then built visually until they're recognisable in any shot.

02

Voice and personality

How they speak and what they'd never say.

A voice of their own and a tone manual: what topics they touch, what words they use, where the line is. It's what keeps them from sounding like a robot reading.

03

Monthly content production

New pieces every month, no camera and no set.

The character appears in video, in stills and in audio, with the same face and the same voice month after month.

04

Social presence

Live accounts, not a character sitting in a folder.

Posting, replying and growing. The character exists where your customer is, not just in your sales deck.

Deliverables

What's always included

No small print: all six come with any of the four ways of doing it.

01

The character defined in writing before they exist

Who they are, where they come from, how they speak. You approve it before anything gets built.

02

Consistency checked piece by piece

The same face in every shot. Each piece is reviewed against the last one before it goes out.

03

A manual of what's in and what's out

The topics they cover, the ones they don't, and a clear limit on what they'd never say in your brand's name.

04

A statement that it's a digital character

On the profile, visible. It doesn't pass itself off as a real person, and that honesty protects your brand.

05

The source files are yours

The character, the voice and the pieces produced are handed over. Nothing stays hosted with us.

06

A calendar approved before production

You see what they'll post and when, before it exists.

The process

Five steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    Discovery

Who your brand talks to and what kind of person they'd believe. The character comes from that, not from what looks good.

  2. 02

    Design

You see who they are in writing and how they look, before any content gets produced. You correct here, where correcting is free.

  3. 03

    Production

The first block of pieces gets produced and checked for consistency across all of them before any goes out.

  4. 04

    Verification

We check every published piece in the real feed, not in the preview.

  5. 05

    Launch

The character starts posting, the response gets measured, and the monthly report decides what changes.

Building the character takes longer than producing content with them. The first month is definition; from the second, the rhythm is steady.

Investment

Custom quote

There's no starting figure here, and that's deliberate: a character posting four pieces a month and one running accounts in two languages have nothing in common. Four things set the figure:

How many pieces a month

It's the heaviest factor, because it's pure production.

Whether they speak or only appear

Voice and facial movement are separate work from the still image.

How many languages

Each language is a full version of the voice, not a subtitle laid on top.

Whether it includes running the accounts

Producing the content and holding a daily presence are two different jobs.

After the first conversation we give you the figure in writing, with the scope spelled out. If something doesn't serve you, it comes out and the figure comes down with it. What we don't do is discount the same work.

FAQ

What people ask about this service

Yes, and we say so upfront: the profile states that it's a digital character. Hiding it is the mistake that sinks these projects when someone finds out.

It works differently. Nobody believes a personal experience from a digital character, so it isn't used for that. It works for explaining, showing product, teaching and holding a steady presence.

Yes. The design, the voice and the pieces produced are handed over and stay in your name. If we stop working together, you take the whole character with you.

Only with that person's written permission, no exceptions. Without it, we build an original voice, which is also safer in the long run.

Getting the character defined and approved takes a few weeks; monthly production starts after that. What moves the date most is how many rounds the design approvals take.
